Section 5(a) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(a)all properties, moveable and immoveable, belonging to the Himachal Pradesh University, in so far as jurisdiction of "the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh" is concerned, shall vest in the Cluster University;
