Section 45(i) in The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Service Charges (Levy and Collection) Regulations, 1998
(i)Where any direct sucking of water from the water supply main through electric/ diesel motor is noticed/ comes to knowledge of the Board these water supply connection shall be disconnected immediately.
