Section 39(11)(a) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000

(a)A University will not be required to pay to Government any contribution on account of pension of transferred employees. Pension of such transferred employees will continue to be the liability of the State Government and will be paid only from treasuries as in the case of other classes of Government employees of State Government.
