Section 15(1) in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
(1)The Academic Council shall be incharge of the academic affairs of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Regulations, superintend direct and control and shall be responsible for the maintenance of standards of teaching, education, examination and other matters connected with the obtaining of degree, diploma, certificate and academic distinction and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties, as may be prescribed.
