1. To a query from the Court, which was put yesterday, as to the material to indicate that the respondent was aware at the time of applying for recruitment, of the pending criminal case against her, Mr. Vats has today placed reliance on an attestation form at pdf page 165 of the documents.

2. We find that the attestation form makes no reference to any pending criminal case. He thus draws our attention to Form No. 12.18(1) at pdf page 166 of the document which, he submits, was annexed to the attestation form and filled in by the concerned SHO.

3. We find no reference to any such annexure in the attestation form.

4. We, therefore, queried of Mr. Vats as to the material to indicate that the form filled up by the SHO was within the knowledge of the petitioner at the time she applied for the recruitment.

5. He seeks further time to seek instructions.

6. Re-notify on 26 March 2025.

7. We make it clear that we have neither issued any notice nor granted any interim order in this case.
