Section 28(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018
(1)Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Act, the Board shall, in exercise of its power or the performance of its duties under this Act, be bound by such direction on questions of policy as the Government may give in writing to it from time to time :Provided that the Board shall, as far as practicable, be given an opportunity to express its views before any direction is given under this sub-section.
