Section 2(vii) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(vii)'Secretary' means a person, who, subject to the control of the Managing Committee, has the management of affairs of a Cooperative Society, and includes a member of a Managing Committee or any other person discharging the duties of a Secretary by whatever name called and whether under a contract of service or not. The term Secretary shall also include 'Manager';
