Section 68(2)(xxiv) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006

(xxiv)all matters expressly required or allowed by the said Act to be prescribed or in respect of which the said Act makes no provision or makes insufficient provision and a provision is, in the opinion of the Government, necessary for the proper implementation of the said Act.
