366. Application by Court-martial or any Commissioners.
- Where the application is on behalf of a Court-martial or any Commissioners under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 491 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, it may be in the form of a letter addressed to the Registrar setting out the circumstances in which the order is sought and need not be accompanied by an affidavit. The Registrar shall lay the letter as soon as possible after the receipt thereof before a Division Bench for orders.
