Section 120 in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
120. Effect of order in consistent with other enactments.
- Any order made under this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in ay enactment other than this Act or any instrument having effect by virus of any enactment other than this Act.
