Section 27(3) in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
(3)Whoever commits any breach of sub-rule (2) of Rule 24 or of any terms and conditions granted under sub-rule (4) thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
