3.6Procedure for Grant of Medium-term Open Access Involving Intra-State Transmission and Distribution System. - 1. The application for grant of Medium-term Open Access shall be made to the Nodal Agency along with payment of non-refundable application fee as specified in Clause 3.2 and shall contain such details as may be laid down in the Detailed Procedure, including the point of injection into the grid, the point of drawal from the grid and the quantum of power for which Medium-term Open Access has been applied for.Provided that in cases where there is any material change in the location of the Applicant or a change by more than ten (10) percent in the quantum of power to be interchanged using the Intra-State Transmission System and/or Distribution System, a fresh application shall be made, which shall be considered in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
