Section 16(1) in The Tamil Nadu Additional Assessment and Additional Water-Cess Act, 1963
(1)All rules made under section 14 shall be published in the [Fort St. George Gazette] [Now, the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.] and, unless they are expressed to come into force on a particular day, shall come into force on the day on whuh they are so published.
