Section 15(1) in The M.P. Anusuchit Jan Jati Sahukar Viniyam, 1972
(1)No person shall be employed by any money-lender for the purpose of demanding or recovering any loan due to him unless such person is in possession of a certificate authorising him to act as a debt collector granted under this section.
