(1)The Registrar may , if he is satisfied after such inquiry as may be prescribed that the application has been duly made, register the co operative farm under the Bombay Co- operative Societies Act, 1925, as extended to the State and grant a certificate of registration.(2)The Registrar shall cause a copy of the certificate to be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner for such action as may be prescribed.
