(6)All manufactured wine found sub-standard, not conforming to IS standard or standards laid down by the Excise Commissioner, or found unfit for human consumption on chemical analysis, shall be rejected and destroyed or disposed of in the manner as ordered by Excise Commissioner or any other officer authorised by him.
