Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(1)Where it is proposed to grant the licence for sale of toddy to a Tappers Co-operative Society or Tree for Tapper a notification containing the particulars mentioned in sub rule (2) shall be published by the Collector of the District in the District Gazette. Or in such other manner as the Collector may deem fit.
