Section 277(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)No part of any producer shall be placed so as to reduce the field of vision of the driver by means of the mirror prescribed in sub-rule (2) of rule 217 of these rules or otherwise or as to impede the driver in the control of his vehicle.
