Section 16 in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
16. The Registrar (Examination).
- The Registrar (Examination) shall be a whole time Officer of the University and shall act as Secretary to the Examination Board and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the Ordinances, the Regulations and the Rules or as may, from time to time, be conferred or imposed on him, by the Vice-Chancellor or the Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
