After hearing Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of by directing the District Judge, Ludhiana to assign the following Rent Petitions to one Rent Controller, who shall try and decide these petitions separately but simultaneously:-
(i) Rent Petition titled Baldev Singh v. Bhupinder Saini pending before Shri Balwant Singh, Rent Controller, Ludhiana and is fixed for 23.07.2010;
(ii) Rent Petition titled Baldev Singh v. Chanan Kaur pending before Shri Vikrant Kumar, Rent Controller, Ludhiana and is fixed for 03.06.2010;
(iii) Rent Petition titled Baldev Singh v. Des Raj pending before Shri Vikrant Kumar, Rent Controller, Ludhiana and is fixed for 03.06.2010;
(iv) Rent Petition titled Baldev Singh v. Raj Kumar pending before Shri P.S. Kaleka, Rent Controller, Ludhiana and is fixed for 07.06.2010;
(v) Rent Petition titled Baldev Singh v. Darshan Devi pending before Mrs. Parminder Kaur, Rent Controller, Ludhiana and is fixed for 01.06.2010.
