Judgment / Order 17/09/2019 The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.237/2018, PS Shahpura, District Bhilwara for offences under Sections 143, 323, 504, 509, 452 IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 17.09.2019 received from the SHO, PS Shahpura, District Bhilwara wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police has filed the final report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
Stay application also dismissed.
