(2)if a casual vacancy occurs in the office of the chairman or vice-chairman the managing committees shall elect a director to fill such vacancy, and the chairman or vice-chairman so appointed shall continue in office so long only as the person in whose place he is appointed would have been entitled to continue in office.Powers and Duties of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
