Section 406 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
406. Licenses for use of skill in handicraft etc. in public place or street.
- Except under and in conformity with, the terms and provisions of a licence granted by the Commissioner in this behalf no person shall use his skill in any handicraft in a public place or public street.
