40. Mode of making contract.
- The Chief Executive Officer shall execute contracts and agreements on behalf of the Authority in respect of matters which he is empowered to carry out under the provisions of this Act. He may execute such contracts or agreements on behalf of the Authority up to such amount as may be specified by the Government from time to time. In all other cases he shall execute a contract or agreement only with the sanction of the Authority.Chapter-VI Miscellaneous
