Section 2(l) in The Employees’ Provident Funds And Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
(l)“Scheme” means the Employees Provident Fund Scheme framed under section 5;(ll)“superannuation”, in relation to an employee, who is the member of the Pension Scheme means the attainment, by the said employee, of the age of fifty-eight years;
