Section 6(b) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Act, 2014
(b)when such measures, weights and instruments have been so prescribed, shall, on the requisition of any Officer referred to in Section 29, measure, weight Manufacture, possession and sale or test any intoxicating liquor in his possession, at such time and in such manner as such officer may require.
