Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 26.07.2024 on behalf of the petitioner wherein it is stated that pursuant to the interim order dated 17.03.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.6444 of 2010 in W.P.No.5007 of 2010, the buffer stock subsidies and short term loans were duly released to the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are necessary and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication. Hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous.
4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
