Section 11 in Bihar Forest Contract Rules

11. Unsuitable persons not to be employed.

- A forest contractor shall not employ, for any purpose, connected with his forest contract any person whom the Divisional Forest Officer may order him not to employ and shall forthwith discontinue the employment of any person objected to by the Divisional Forest Officer as unsuitable for such employment.
