10. Issue of duplicate licence in the event of loss or destruction.
- If or a licence granted under this Act is lost or destroyed the Licensing Officer may after causing such enquiry as he may deem fit, issue duplicate licence on payment of a fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees ten).
