Section 32 in The National Capital Region Planning Board Rules, 1985
32. Opening of an account and operation of fund of the Board.
- The Fund of the Board shall be kept in a current account with any branch of the State Bank of India to be opened in the name of "The National Capital Region Planning Board" and shall be operated by the Member-Secretary of the Board or any officer authorised by him in this behalf.
