Section 40(1) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(1)The area should not be less than 5.0 sq. mtrs. with the minimum width of 1.8 sq. mtrs. where there is a separate store, the size of the kitchen may be reduced to 4.5 sq. mtrs.
