(6)[ In case of any contravention of, or failure to comply with the provisions of this section, the employer shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine, which shall not be less than one thousand rupees but which may extend to three thousand rupees alongwith the prescribed registration or renewal fee, as the case may be:] [Clause (6) added by Haryana Amending Act 1 of 1997.][Provided that the amount of registration or renewal fee so recovered from the employer shall be paid in the Government treasury or in any other mode as may be prescribed so as to enable the prescribed authority to issue or renew the registration certificate, as the case may be.] [Added by Haryana Act No 21 of 2004.]
