59. Furnishing of duplicate copies of the plant manufactory etc. to the Excise Superintendent.
- Where the licence is granted the licensee shall furnish a duplicate copy of the description of the plant/manufactory and apparatus together with such other documents as approved by the Commissioner of Excise to the Excise Superintendent concerned for record in his office.
