The present appeal was filed beyond 466 days of the period of limitation and such delay was condoned by this Court on 10.08.2022. Thereafter, the appeal was registered.
This appeal is directed against an award dated 28.06.2013 passed by the Member, MACT, Goalpara in MAC Case No.552/1999.
When the appeal was last listed on 17.08.2022, none represented the appellant and today also when the matter was called upon, none represented the appellant.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
