Section 195(d) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(d)washes any animal or any cooking utensils or wools, skins, or other foul or offensive substance, or deposits any offensive or deleterious matter in any place set apart as aforesaid for drinking purposes or bathing or washing clothes, or
