ORAL ORDER
(Pronounced by Hon'ble Mr. T. Jacob, Member(A)) Heard learned counsel for applicant and Mr. M. Kishore Kumar, SPC who appears and takes notice for the respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for respondents produces a notification issued by the Department of Atomic Energy stating that the Atomic Energy Education Society [AEES] is not notified under the purview of Central Administrative Tribunal. The said notification is taken on record.
3. In view of lack of jurisdiction, the application is closed without any further order.
