Section 2(e) in The Tamil Nadu Animals and Birds in Urban Areas (Control and Regulation) Act, 1997
(e)"Inspector" means any officer appointed by the Licensing Officer as Inspector for the purpose of this Act in respect of any urban area in which this Act is in force;
