Section 6(f) in The Orissa Inspection of Subordinate Courts (by the High Court) Rules, 2004
(f)On completion of the draft notes of inspection, the same shall be placed before the Registrar (Inspection and Enquiry) or any other Officer of the Courts Registry deputed by the Chief Justice for the purpose who shall finalise the draft notes after making any addition or alteration, if required.
