Section 16(2)(a) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011

(a)Every person or institution shall, for the purpose of obtaining permission under sub-section (1) submit to the Government a scheme in accordance with the provisions of clause (b) and the Government shall refer the scheme to the Council for its recommendations.
