1. Short title-Rules for Homes & Shelters.
- These rules shall be called -(a)"Rules for Homes and Shelters"(b)These rules shall apply to all Homes and Shelters established by the Social Welfare Department, under the Moral and Social Hygiene and After care Programmes.(c)These shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Rajasthan Rajpatra.
