1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Act, 2019.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of September, 2019.
