Learned counsel for the appellant referring to IA No. 8261/2021
submits that respondent No.1 Mohanlal has died on 4.6.2020. He is survived
by legal representatives as mentioned in the interlocutory applications.

Issue notice to proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1-Mohanlal for hearing on I.A. No. 8261/2021 alongwith copy of this IA, appeal memo and impugned judgment through regular mode and post acknowledgement due in accordance with the Rules contained in Chapter XV of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Rules, 2008. In case of default in payment of process fee or the submission of documents, the matter be listed before the Bench within 15 days with the default report, else the matter be listed immediately on receipt of service report in compliance with Rule 8(11) of Chapter XIV and Rule-11 of Chapter XV of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Rules, 2008.
Learned counsel further referred to IA No. 1495/2025 regarding death of respondent No.5 Kailash on 19.11.2024.He is survived by legal representatives as mentioned in the interlocutory application.

Learned counsel submits that IA No. 2073/2022 was filed due to inadvertent mistake, whereas same prayer has been made in IA No. 8261/2021. Therefore, IA No. 2073/2022 may be dismissed for non prosecution.

IA No. 2073/2022 is dismissed for non prosecution. List the matter immediately on receipt of service report. IR to continue till the next date of hearing.
