Section 41A(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(1)The Collector shall appoint a Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer, if necessary who shall be an Officer of Government or of a Market Committee for each constituency.
