20. Annual determination of tariff.
- 20.1 The Commission shall determine the tariff of a Generating Company or Licensee covered under a multi-year tariff framework for each financial year during the control period, at the commencement of such financial year, having regard to the following:(a)The approved forecast of aggregate revenue requirement and expected revenue from tariff and charges for such financial year, including approved modifications to such forecast; and(b)Approved gains and losses to be passed through in tariffs, following the annual performance review.
