Section 3(c) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(c)provide financial, technical and policy aid and assistance to co-operative and its members in order to reduce poverty, ensure equality, fairness and social progress, for a specified period to be determined by state legislature, which period in any case shall not exceed ten years;
