CMP No.11918 of 2022 As prayed in the application, applicants-appellants are permitted and directed to deposit entire enhanced compensation amount in the Registry of this Court within a week.
Application stands disposed of.
CMP No.11389 of 2021 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that now entire amount of compensation with respect to the land in reference in the Award passed by the Land Acquisition Collector would be deposited within a week in terms of order dated 08.06.2020 passed by this Court in CMP No.4225 of 2020, and therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this application.
