ORDER
This petition has been filed to withdraw O.S.No.125 of 2020 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Paramathy and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Paramathy to be tried along with O.S.No.83 of 2025 pending on the file of Sub Court, Paramathy.
2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

The relief sought for in this petition is to withdraw O.S.No.125 of Page 2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ( Uploaded on: 13/10/2025 04:17:57 pm ) Tr.C.M.P.No.767 of 2025 2020 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Paramathy and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Paramathy. Since the transfer is sought for within the same District of Ramanathapuram, this Court is not inclined to entertain this transfer petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
4. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
