Section 11(1) in Telangana Prevention of Begging Act, 1977
(1)The Government shall establish and maintain one or more work-houses and one or more special homes at such place or places as they think fit; or may certify any institution not established and maintained by the Government, to be a work-house or special home for the purposes of this Act.
