Section 47(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)The central recordkeeping agency must appoint a compliance officer who shall be responsible for monitoring compliance by it of the provisions of Act, rules and regulations, notifications, guidelines, instructions issued by the Authority.
