Section 21(1)(j) in The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014

(j)Where voting is conducted by electronic means under the provisions of section 108 and rules made thereunder, the company shall provide all the necessary support, technical and otherwise, to the Scrutinisers in orderly conduct of the voting and counting the result thereof.
